Patient Survey - Would Recommend Hospital

The graphs in the link below illustrate responses to the following Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) question:

1. Would recommend hospital to your friends and family

The question reads “Would you recommend this hospital to your friends and family?"

The possible answers are “Definitely No”, “Probably No”, “Probably Yes”, and “Definitely Yes.” The score is defined as the percent of patients who answer “Definitely Yes.”

In the graph at this link, 72% of all patients within Baptist Healthcare System facilities surveyed in Quarter 3 answered “Definitely Yes.”

Baptist Healthcare System strives to attain the highest score possible on this measure.
