Baptist Hospital Northeast Plans New Outpatient Facility
Baptist Hospital Northeast will break ground in late May or early June on a 12,100-square-foot facility in nearby Crestwood. The $2.5 million structure will house outpatient diagnostic imaging (CT scans, general radiology, DEXA bone density testing and space for mammography), outpatient physical therapy, a Baptist Medical Associates practice with after hours care, and other physician office space.
Extending services to Crestwood was deemed a strategic initiative due to growth of other outpatient facilities on the eastern end of Jefferson County.
Construction is expected to be complete by December 2009. Luckett & Farley is the architectural firm and Wehr Constructors is the construction management firm.
